The rooms were neat & clean. The general areas were also clean and presentable. The breakfast buffet had a decent assortment 8-10:30am. The negative feedback is that, you were allowed to ended up to 10:30, but they cleaned up the food by 10:50am. It was off putting and not professional. The hospitality of some staff members was not friendly. The pool parties lasted to about 11pm so if you want an early bedtime, be prepared. Otherwise, it is very convenient to all restaurants and walking distance to a really beautiful beach.

We’ve just returned from a 7-night family holiday at H10 Cambrils Playa and had a really enjoyable stay. This was our second visit to the Cambrils area and we’d happily return. We stayed in a standard double with an extra child bed. The room was slightly small for three, but perfectly sufficient, always clean and had excellent air conditioning – essential with temperatures in the mid-30s! The shower had great pressure and the toiletries were excellent, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush/toothpaste and a comb. We booked half board but swapped our evening meals for lunch, which the hotel allows for the duration of your stay. Food was good but the choice was fairly limited. Breakfast and lunch were sufficient, and we were pleased we chose to eat out in the evenings. The room credit system for drinks/snacks was easy to use, although contactless is also accepted. The location is excellent, right beside a beautiful, clean white-sand beach. Restaurants nearby are limited, although there’s a very good Italian just 2 minutes away. The bus stop outside is a real bonus, with buses to Cambrils and Salou every 10–15 minutes (€2.20 single). Entertainment was limited and aimed more at younger children, but we were usually out in Cambrils anyway. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English – even tolerating my limited Spanish! Overall, a fantastic family holiday and somewhere we’d happily return to.

We stayed here last minute after checking in to a disastrour airbnb and it was a good stay. We didnt stay long enough to really enjoy the full resort but looked like it had awesome games and activities throughout the day to enjoy. The room was great but my family’s other room did have an ant issue. The breakfast here was incredible. Location was close to the beach.

Brilliant hotel

Had a lovely mini break. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel over 20 years it didn’t disappoint. We arrived early and had enquired about early check in, which the Hotel was able to accommodate. Reception very helpful. Entertainment team was brilliant and waiters very attentive remembering your order. Really enjoyed our stay will be returning next year.

This friendly hotel is very close to the beach

I wondered whether we'd picked the right location when we arrived as the hotel was further from Cambrils centre than I thought, however its was ideal for us. A gentle walk along the sea shore to Cambrils in one direction and a slighter longer walk to Salou in the other direction. We had a great time. The staff made us feel very welcome and I enjoyed the daily Aqua exercise class in the pool. It was great to have a pool view as it also means you face the coast. The breakfast was great - can't speak about other meals because we didn't try them.

I enjoyed my stay but would not be running back!

Unable to check in to room until 2.30pm. The original room was on the first floor but was facing a building site so moved to pool view at an extra cost. This was time consuming having to go back and forth to reception until issue was resolved. Staff at the hotel were pleasant, pool area was lovely but sun beds very uncomfortable and not adjustable. Bar also closes at midnight. Hotel is not within walking distance of bars or restaurants in the evening and the half or full board meals can be tiresome. Would not class hotel as 4 star. All in all though, I enjoyed my stay but would not be running back there in a hurry.

At first glance property looks nice. But waking up to an abundance of small fire ants two mornings in a row was horrible. On floor, on night table, in shoes. So gross. Staff were very unsympathetic. Not interested in moving us to a new room. Also no towels. We were handed very wet towels for the bathroom and told there was no dryer. We asked if they could bring back dry ones and they took our towels and never brought any back. We had a Spanish speaker with us so language was not an issue. Do not reccommend

Bien décorée dans un style moderne et clair, salle de bain bien aménagée pas de baignoire 😊 Hôtel en deuxième ligne par rapport à la mer. Mais situation tranquille. Restaurant : les repas du dimanche et du lundi pas trop élaborés. Amélioration en cour de semaine avec un mieux le vendredi «présentation plus festive ». Prix des boissons correcte. Beaucoup de services divers proposés ( location vélo, tennis, massage, fitnes,…) Situation : 4,2km à pied du centre de Cambrils et de Salou.

Je crois que la chambre que nous étions n'avait pas été utilisé depuis un certain temps car il y avait une odeur de renfermé et de la poussière sur les meubles et ldans la salle de bain. Après avoir aéré et nettoyer c'était correct. Le matelas était très dur et rapidement ils ont ajouté une mousse et tout était bien. A/Ce était non fonctionnel et ils l'ont activé rapidement. Nous ne pouvions pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte car c'était trop bruyant. Les portes des chambres ne sont pas bien isolées donc on entend le bruit du corridor. Nous étions en demi pensions et le service de buffet était vraiment bien. Bonne variété différente à chaque jour. Le seul hic le café était pas buvable. Propre et le personnel agréable. Nous étions avec nos vélos et il y avait un endroit sécuritaire pour les ranger. L'emplacement piscine, terrasse était magnifique avec suffisamment de chaise longue.
