Having a hotels.com gold status, I thought I was going to get a room upgrade as the property clearly was at half capacity or less…
I even asked about the upgrade but was flatly denied.
I have received upgrades in the past at other properties but not at this resort… Other than that, resort is fabulous, in my opinion.
