Melhor escolher outro lugar. Hotel estava vazio. Café da manha muito ruim. O aquecedor dos apartamentos? Tem que implorar para ligarem. Eles dizem que quando são poucos os apartamentos ocupados fica caro ligar pois liga geral de todos os apartamentos. Até me.enganaram numa noite dizendo que iam ligar, mas passei frio a noite. Gosto de fazer crioterapia, por isso escolhi um hotel com piscina. Mas estava imunda e não consegui usar. Melhor fechar as portas se não pode atender bem.

Tivemos que deixar o hotel, principalmente em relação a cheiro de cigarro, tanto na recepção como no quarto. Acredito que o hotel tenha os devidos cuidados, mas infelizmente por conta de hóspedes e terceiro, o cheiro estava muito forte e tivemos que deixar o hotel. Fomos embora inclusive, momento antes de acenderem a lareira externa portátil, que é aberta e estava posicionada bem abaixo da janela do nosso quarto, fato que a gerente inclusive mencionou quando reclamamos a ela. É possível o reembolso total ou pelo menos parcial do valor pago? Pois, infelizmente, não conseguimos ficar por questões externas.

Ótima estadia no Green Village, em Monte Verde. Boa localização para ida a pé ou de carro até a rua turística e gastronômica. Gostamos muito. Quarto super confortável, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Limpeza excelente. A localização é muito boa também, é possível ir a pé para o centrinho, cerca de 10 min de caminhada, bem tranquilo. O bosque do hotel é lindo, e os funcionários acendem a fogueira no fim da tarde, o que contribuiu para nossa experiência ser excelente. Recomendamos muito.

A estrutura do hotel é antiga, mas estava limpo e tinha um chuveiro muito bom. O café da manhã é definitivamente o ponto forte, bem servido e com boas opções de pães , bolos e bebidas. O bosque atrás do hotel é muito Bonito e bem cuidado. A recepcionista e o pessoal da copa bem educados. O único ponto ruim para mim foi o colchão, mole demais, por conta disso eu fiquei com dor na lombar.
