The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

O hotel é antigo porém muito bonito e transmite muita paz. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, bem variado. Os atendentes são muito prestativos. Meu marido e eu fomos comemorar 31 anos de casados e adoramos.

O hotel tem uma área de lazer bem bonita. Natureza linda! Bem perto da rua principal de Monte Verde. Nosso quarto era bem grande, cama confortável, bastante armário pra guardar as coisas. O café da manhã foi o ponto alto do hotel, simplesmente delicioso, até espumante tinha. O ponto negativo foi o banheiro, precisaria de uma reforma urgente, e a água do chuveiro demorou demais pra aquecer, uns 20 min.

Muito bom!

Razoável, pontos negativos: aquecedor fraco, não aquecia bem o quarto, agua do chuveiro e torneira demorava muito para esquentar. Tivemos o desprazer dos hospedes do quarto do andar superior fazerem muito barulho, arrastando móveis e mala. Pontos positivos: ambiente limpo, café da manhã e atendimento excelente. Localização boa.

O hotel tem uma boa aparência, um bosque de araucárias no fundo muito bonito. Porém é muito frio.O aquecimento central só é ligado entre 20h e 8h da manhã e mesmo assim não aquece. Só na recepção que tem lareira e fica bem quentinho. No quarto, O aquecedor não atendia ou simplesmente não aquecia o suficiente. O quarto ficava gelado. Utilizei uma mantinha debaixo do edredom e fui picada por pulgas. Reclamamos desta calefação ,mas não adiantou. Sobre o café da manhã é normal com poucos bolos, tortas etc. reparamos que ficou melhor no final de semana. Não é um café do tipo colonial!

Boa hospedagem.

O hotel é agradável e confortável. Oferece área de lazer interessante para o período de frio - cadeiras ao redor da fogueira no lindo bosque que a propriedade possui. O atendimento é bom. A localização é próxima à rua principal onde ficam as principais atrações. Não é impossível ir caminhando mas no frio não é tão agradável assim... Estacionamento amplo. Café da manhã farto e gostoso. O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Tem aquecedor que ameniza mas não esquenta o espaço. O banheiro é amplo, limpo, bonito. O chuveiro demora bastante a esquentar e quando esquenta, é demais e se torna necessário temperar a água.

Quarto sem calefação

Nossa estadia ocorreu entre os dias 18-19 e 20/06. Eu e minha esposa ficamos no quarto 33 do Green Village Hotel em Monte Verde. Noites frias e o quarto não tinha calefação, o aquecedor não funcionou nestes dias e se não fosse a ajuda do rapaz ( vigia ) em fornecer um aquecedor portátil, não daria para dormir neste quarto. E não adiantou pedir ao funcionário da manhã para consertar pq também não conseguiram consertar. E ficamos num quarto sem calefação e com um quebra galho de um aquecedor portátil. É justo deixar um casal de idosos como eu e minha esposa sem tratamento adequado neste hotel. Não voltaríamos a este nunca mais. Att Luiz G. Fontes / Dinea S. Fontes

O hotel é bem antigo e muito frio... quando solicitei cobertores me disseram que já tinha acabado. No outro dia faltou toalha de banho... acabou também... A cozinheira faltou 2 dos 3 dias do cafe da manhã... Na hora que eu estava saindo ainda acharam que eu estava levando os travesseiros do hotel... tive que tirar do carro para comprovar que eram os meus que eu tinha levado...

Muito Barulho de pomba no forro

Pontos positivos: quarto ótimo, cama confortável, o hotel tem um espaço externo com fogueira e luzinhas bem agradável. Pontos negativos: os funcionários não são simpáticos. Não tem serviço de quarto e pra quem fica nos quartos do terceiro andar, é cheio de pomba no forro que ficam fazendo barulho o dia inteiro e acorda a gente cedo de manhã com barulho.

Excelente atendimento! Café da manhã bem variado e gostoso.Só não tive sorte com o chuveiro, ás vezes a agua não esquentava, as vezes esfriava no meio banho e um dia agua acabou no meio do banho. A temperatura na cidade já estava bem fria, mas os aquecedores dos quartos não estavam funcionando.

Hotel perfeito para viagem em casal.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O hotel é maravilhoso, com o quarto que pegamos super espaçoso e aconchegante. O banheiro estava super moderno e reformado e água aquecida bem. Recebemos mimos ao checkin e checkout. O café da manhã é completíssimo com comidas deliciosas. E o bosque pertencente ao hotel é lindo e bem cuidado com fogueiras acessas à noite.
