Great stay, exceeded my expectations, pool area lovely, rooms comfortable and clean, location great. The only thing that stopped this being excellent was the food which was not bad at all but not a great selection.

Wonderful stay

We had a really nice trip to Marina Portals. We loved the facilities, breakfast and room with a nice view. A big plus for us was a room with two bedrooms. We really appreciated the nice gesture with Cava on the room om my husbands birthday too :)

Lovely hotel with nice spa area where kids could also go between 2-3 which was handy. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Room was also very spacious and clean. Supermarket and restaurants and the area was quiet and peaceful.

The hotel rooms did not have a mirror in each room. It was hard to get ready when there were four people in the room. No facial tissues in bathroom. The shower/bath tub has a half glass covering so the floor gets wet when you shower. We slipped a few times. AC would also turn off automatically and it did that a few times. We also put a do not disturb sign but the maids still came in and cleaned the room. The staff was okay. A few of them were friendly and the others not so much.

location was great, close to the city of Palma but not too noisy or traffic. our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony, but The hotel furniture and decor were dated and needed a good update. the swimming pool area and outside were looking good, and breakfast was amazing. Parking of 8 euro a night was great, the Pizza place right on the other side of the street was the best.

Had a three night stay with my daughter. Whilst the communal areas are quite dated in decor and furnishings, the hotel is immaculate and very clean. The bedrooms are more modern if a little small. Good hot shower. Very friendly and professional reception staff. Pool area and gardens clean and tidy.

Clean, functional hot disappointing on service

Our room was not made up and we had to make the spare bed up after a late arrival (2am) No shower gel and despite letting reception know this was still not refilled No info on the hotel therefore we didn’t know the spa had to be precooked - also no info on the indoor pool which was a huge let down as we would have loved to use it

Room was extremely tired. Our path to the pool area was nothing short of treacherous. Broken paving and steps covered in moss/lichen. The pool itself looks like a pond. The floor of the pool is made from resin (the driveway kind) which is crumbling in places. This leaves extremely sharp edges and glass like shards in the pool. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm, tolles Frühstück, schöner Pool mit Bar, ausreichend Liegen, Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge und Airporttransport fußläufig, schöner Spa- Bereich ( 1 h am Tag kostenfrei). Abendessen waren wir nicht im Hotel - es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung. Insgesamt auch sehr ruhig - bei uns gab es keine Partyurlauber. Der kleine aber schöne Strand ist in etwa 10 min zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Liegen/ Sonnenschirme zu mieten ( wenn man morgens früh dran ist). Leider ist der Weg zum Strand wirklich steil und anstrengend.
