Urlaub mit Überraschungen

Bei Ankunft im Hotel 2 Zimmer zugewiesen,nicht tragbarer Zustand.Nach Beschwerden eine Junior - Suit bekommen, unsĂ€glich schmutzig.Nach Beschwerde wurde Zimmer oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt.Schlechtes Reinigungspersonal, nettes Personal am Empfang.FrĂŒhstĂŒck entsprach bei weitem nicht einem 4 Sterne -Haus. FrĂŒhstĂŒcksterrasse unsauber,tĂ€glich mehr MĂŒll. Aus der Zeitung erfahren, dass Hotel am 20.09.2015 endgĂŒltig fĂŒr immer schließt,da Umbau in Wohnungen geplant. Wir hatten aber bis einschl. 30.9. ĂŒber EXPEDIA gebucht ,ohne einen Hinweis,dass Hotel vorzeitig schließt. So waren wir die letzten GĂ€ste welche durch den einzigen verbliebenen Angestellten ( den Barmann ) am Morgen des 30. 9.2015 ohne FrĂŒhstĂŒck ,aus dem Hotel gelassen wurden.

Dommage que le personnel n'ait jamais meme un demi sourire sinon hotel bien placé petite plage tout prÚs et piscine à l'hotel. Bonne surprise : Grande chambre et vue sur mer.

Ihan perus hyvÀ hotelli rauhallisella alueella. Aamupala ihan riittÀvÀ, olisi tosin voinut olla enemmÀn kasviksia. Palvelu hotellissa ihan hyvÀÀ, huonesiivous oli pÀivittÀin. Allasalue oli mukava, allasbaarissa palvelu toimi hyvin. Hotellin lÀhettyvillÀ muutamia ravintoloita ja marketti. Satamasta löytyy lisÀÀ palveluja. Satamaan kuitenkin jonkinlainen laskeutuminen joten takaisin pÀin hotellille tultaessa joutuu kipuamaan pari aika jyrkkÀÀ mÀkeÀ. Hotellin lÀheltÀ hyvÀt kulkuyhteydet Palmanovaan/Magalufiin ja Palmaan joten jos enemmÀn menoa tai palveluja kaipaa, kannattaa suunnata noihin paikkohin.

Lage top - Hotel flop

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf dringend der Renovierung. Die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst extrem zu WĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. HandtĂŒcher wurden aber jeden Tag gewechselt. Der Outdoorpool war schmutzig. Das Fitnessstudio war kostenpflichtig. Laut Rezeption 10 Euro pro Tag. Meerblick war fĂŒr 10 Euro pro Tag Aufpreis möglich. Der Blick war sehr schön in den Hafen von Puerto Portals. Im Zimmer gab es einen KĂŒhlschrank, Klima (die 2 Mal repariert werden musste), Waage, Thermometer, BD, Dusche (bitte auch mal die TrennwĂ€nde und HĂ€hne reinigen!), Badewanne, Shampoo, Seife, Balkon.

HĂŽtel proche de la plage et de petits restaurants sympa situĂ© dans une rue calme. Les chambres sont cependant un peu petites, le mĂ©nage laissait un peu Ă  dĂ©sirer et les boissons n'Ă©taient pas comprises dans kes repas et facturĂ©es extrĂȘmement cher mais ma semaine de vacances c'est trĂšs bien passĂ©

Portals Palace Hotell ligger i et rolig strÞk i sentrum av Portals Nous og er sÄledes greit plassert rent geografisk. Hotellet oppgir selv Ä vÊre et 4-stjerners hotell, men mangler det meste av de tilbud og fasiliteter du forventer Ä finne. Jeg har bodd pÄ 2-stjerners hotell med betydelig bedre kvalitet. Gardinene dekket ikke hele vinduet. KjÞleskapet/ minibaren var tom og varm. Alt manglet av smÄsaker som sysett, skopuss, toalettartikler som q-tips, shampoo og balsam, bodylotion. Det var ingen vannkoker, t-eller kaffemulighet pÄ rommet. Ingen buksepresse eller strykejern tilgjengelig pÄ hele hotellet. Ingen vaskerimulighet eller roomservice heller. Resepsjonisten svarte ja og nei pÄ spÞrsmÄl men var ellers lite behjelpelig. Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltrom med 1 dobbeltseng men fikk 2 enkeltsenger da hotellet hevdet ikke Ä ha annet. Rommet var imidlertid rent og stuepikene hyggelige, bassengomrÄdet var OK men uteomrÄdet generelt og vegetasjon spesielt var preget av manglende skjÞtsel over lang tid. Vi fikk en svÊrt god pris pÄ oppholdet og trodde vi hadde gjort et kupp, men det var ikke tilfelle. Vi kommer ikke igjen. Ad omveier har vi hÞrt at hotellet skal bygges om til leiligheter, og det er kanskje like greit

Portals hotel oui, palace non

En arrivant, la chambre n etait pas a la hauteur de ce qui etait vendu (20m2 en moins, pas de frigo, de minibar, 2 lits simples, pas de lit bĂ©bĂ©). Nous avons eu un lit bĂ©bĂ© a 23h. Et pour le reste, pas mieux le premier soir, car complet selon la personne "travaillant" ici, pourtant des chambres sont disponibles sur internet, a plein tarif. Le deuxieme jour grace a Hotel.com qui a contactĂ© une personne competente de l hotel, tout est rentrĂ© dans l ordre. Nous avons pu avoir une chambre a hauteur de ce qui etait prĂ©vu. TrĂšs bonne couverture wifi. Service de chambre quotidien. D une maniere gĂ©nĂ©rale, trĂšs bon produit pour 70€ la nuit, mais surtout pas pour 200€, comme affichĂ© en vitrine.

Ideally situated for beach and village

Initially we were not happy with the room but after speaking to reception the next morning we were upgraded. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Only down side - could do with a bit of a spruce up!

Perfect for cheap getaway.

We stayed for 6 days. It was my second stay at Portals Palace. Its definitely in need of updating but the rooms are clean and the staff are lovely. I heard it has been sold and will become luxury apartments which is a shame. It is in an upmarket residential area with lovely views over the marina and close to the shops and restaurants. Good value for money. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on breakfast or food. If you want a quiet, cheap getaway before October get in there quickly! The rooms at the back of the hotel 309 509 (I think) are huge and spacious with lovely big bathrooms and afternoon sun but sea view rooms are smaller and no bath, just shower

Sur hotelreceptionist, mÞrke vÊrelser, aircon, som blÊste lige ned pÄ sengen og ikke kunne indstilles, man skulle betale 5 euro pr dag for at bruge safen, meget gammeldags og kunne to dage i trÊk ikke fÄ hÄndklÊder til poolen, da de ikke havde flere. Ville ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre. Morgenmaden var fin.

FĂŒr Kurzaufenthalte absolut ausreichend!

Seit nun 3 Jahren reisen wir noch Portals Nous und ĂŒbernachten immer im Hotel Portals Palace. Das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen un die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, aber fĂŒr einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es absolut ausreichend. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet bietet alles was man braucht und das Personal ist immer freundlich. Unserer Meinung ist ist es ein gutes Preis/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis und wir werden definitiv nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder dort buchen. Kleiner Tipp: Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen...die entschĂ€digen einen wenn man sonst eventuell etwas zu bemĂ€ngeln hĂ€tte.

kein 4 Sterne Hotel normale Zimmer eine Zumutung

das Hotel liegt gut zum Strand ist aber kein 4 Sterne Hotel im Zimmer Fliegengitter defekt, Klimaanlage mit Tesaband repariert, RĂŒckwand von Fernsehtisch rausgebrochen und die NĂ€gel standen heraus das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich sauber. Man hat wohl dann das Zimmer nach massiver Reklamation gewechselt und das andere war einigermaßen ok obwohl dann der Safe nicht funktioniert hat. Abendessen eine Zumutung ab 18.30 stand das gleiche Essen bis 21.30 Uhr. Das Essen war wie Gummi und eine echte Zumutung sorry aber nicht zu empfehlen

Afslappende ferie pÄ roligt Hotel

De man ikke tale engelsk pÄ hotellet i hvert fald meget lidt, for dÄrligt, morgenmad var ok aftensmad mindre god spiste der kun 1 aften. pool omrÄdet var hyggeligt og fint. Priserne var op mod dobbelt sÄ dyre som i resten af byens restauranter og vÊrtshuse. rom og cola 10 euro hvor andre steder kostede det 6 euro Þl kostede 5 euro hvor andre steder 3 euro for samme mÊngde mÊrke.

PRISVÄRT MED PERFEKT LÄGE!

Perfekt lĂ€ge pĂ„ hotellet. NĂ€ra till huvudgatan samt bĂ„thamnen med flertal restauranger, cafĂ©er, pubar samt shopping. Hotellet behöver en upputsning och Ă€r mer ett 3 stjĂ€rnigt Ă€n 4. Vi betalade 10€ extra/ natt och fick ett stort rum/bad med havsutsikt. VĂ€l vĂ€rt pengarna! StĂ€dningen av badrummet kunde varit bĂ€ttre. Frukosten hade bĂ„de varmt och kallt att erbjuda. Louis i matsalen var vĂ€ldigt hjĂ€lpsam och fĂ„r högsta betyg. PoolomrĂ„det var ett bra komplement till Beacherna som finns pĂ„ bĂ„da sidor om smĂ„bĂ„tshamnen. Expressbuss in till Palma stad tar 20 min och kostar 2:40€. Flygplatsbussen t stan kostar 3€ och sĂ„ kan man byta till Portals Nous bussen vid Placa d'Espanya. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet och Ă„terkommer gĂ€rna!

Mycket strul i lugnt omrÄde

Först fick vi ett rum i vilket luftkonditioneringen inte fungerade. Samtidigt fungerade inte nyckelkortet, trots att receptionen programmerade det tre gÄnger, sÄ vi fick lÄna vaktmÀstarens nyckelkort. Som kompensation blevo vi dÄ uppgraderade till en tvÄrummare med dubbelsÀng och en glimt av havet pÄ den stora balkongen. Men dÀr förde luftkonditioneringen oljud emellanÄt, sÄ att vaktmÀstaren var tvungen att ta dit en reparatör. DÀrefter hade vi inga problem. TyvÀrr tycks hotellet ha problem med att popularisera stÀllet, ty baren var fullkomligt folktom under hela vÄr vistelse pÄ 16 dagar dÀr, och knappt nÄgon hotellgÀst Àter sina kvÀllsmÄl dÀr. Frukosten var dock omfattande, med mycket att vÀlja pÄ och en sÀrskild "chef" som steker Àgg och gör omeletter och annat pÄ morgonen efter varje gÀsts önskemÄl.

VÊrelser er IKKE 50 kvm. som annonceret. De 2 fÞrste vi sÄ var hÞjst 16 kvm. VÊrelse 304 var lidt stÞrre og med smuk udsigt over bjergene. Pool omrÄdet var dejligt roligt og med en lille bar. Morgenmadsbuffet havde pÊnt udvalg.

Great Value Portals.

Stayed here several and always great. Hotel and rooms are a little dates but always spotless and staff are great. Very good value consider in it's in Portals and so close to the port.
