Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice.

This hotel was a dream!!! The rooms are more like apartments which is perfect if you’re traveling with more than 2 people. The views are amazing but the overall experience of this place is what makes it the best place to stay if you’re ever in Mallorca. The location was what I expected. A quiet and beautiful place but close to playa de Illetas beach. A short ride to Palma as well. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. Only had the dinner buffet once as we wanted to explore local restaurants. It was okay but couldn’t complain as we were tired from a long flight. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. I will definitely return back and stay in the ocean view room next time!

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our family. The full balcony offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding staff. Leo at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We also had an issue with our door when the electronic battery died, and the IT/maintenance team responded within minutes and fixed the problem right away. Their quick response and excellent service were greatly appreciated. From the beautiful location and amenities to the attentive staff and spacious accommodations, everything about this hotel was wonderful. Overall, the hotel delivers a great experience in many respects, with excellent amenities, a prime location, beautiful views, and a fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the bedroom itself. The rooms feel quite outdated, and the beds are not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard. While I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall, the condition of the bedrooms took away from what could have been an exceptional experience. With some updates and improvements to the rooms, this hotel could easily match the high quality it offers in every other area.
