Had a great time at this place. The staff were so sweet - special shout-out to Vlad! Amazing views from the room, very close to the beaches, supermarkets and nightlife as well! Only issues we had were a few of the in room amenities - there was only 1 shampoo/ shower gel 2-1 conditioner. I also wish it was possible to get other complimentary toiletries like toothbrushes on request. Overall, would highly recommend, good value for money!

Great location and view. Clean room, modern and spacious. It was difficult asking questions to some of the employees, as they don't all speak English. One of our party has a nut allergy and it to two employees to figure out what we were asking. They were helpful ordering a cab for us for 4am. Pool/beach towels are $1 for every time you want to change them. The pool closed pretty early at 8pm. The pool bar/restaurant stopped serving food about an hour before that. If you're eating out though that's not an issue. There's a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within walking discount.

It’s is advertised as an apart style hotel but they up charge for laundry services, for an iron and barely had ANYTHING in their kitchen. Not a water kettle not a graters. If u are there for a few days fine but for long stays ABSOLUTELY NOT. The guy at the front desk was the best aspect and will give him a 5/5 ( Vladimir); thats really the only reason why I did not give it a 2 star.

The hotel is in a nice area however we had a terrible stay. Our room was dirty, with mould in the shower, unclean floors, damaged walls, stained towels/bedding/curtains and it stank of cigarettes. The shower flipped between full heat and full cold constantly regardless of setting, so couldn’t be used. When we brought these issues up with the hotel they didn’t do anything about it, they kept saying they would fix it tomorrow but nothing happened, and our stay was for 5 days. When we asked to cancel our stay they wouldn’t allow it. I would never stay here again.

We stayed for 3nts ant the end of April - as three lifelong besties in our late 40s, looking for a relaxing break with a touch of the girlie holidays from our youth—and it delivered exactly that. The location is fantastic, overlooking the sea and just a 5–10 minute walk to both Palma Nova and Magaluf beaches. The area has plenty of great restaurants and bars, especially in Palma Nova, which felt more upmarket than expected. There was already a good atmosphere, even though the season hadn’t fully started. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but manageable for a short stay. The pool and bar area were lovely and ideal for relaxing (only slight downside was the random music later in the day, but the afternoon DJ was great). We had a late flight home, and it was easy to store luggage, use the pool, and shower before leaving—really convenient. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was very quiet during our stay, which was perfect for us as it easy to imagine the carnage in the local area in peak season! Overall, a perfect break at the right time of year—great weather, great location, and we’d definitely return.

LÀget utsikten magiskt bra,, vi bodde pÄ vÄning 12 vilket Àr högst upp. Rum 126 grym balkong med magisk utsikt. FrÀsch toalett o dusch. Helt okej pool omrÄde!! Trevligt bemötande i receptionen varje dag. Ett litet minus va vÀl att det va bÀddsoffa. Men vi hade inga problem med detta.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille Ă  Magaluf avec nos deux ados. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait propre, agrĂ©able, et le personnel vraiment attentionnĂ©, en particulier la directrice avec qui nous avons pu Ă©changer quelques mots en français. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait excellent et trĂšs complet. En revanche, quelques points Ă  savoir : l'hĂŽtel est mal insonorisĂ© et bruyant la nuit, ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant pour se reposer. De plus, il est quasiment impossible de se garer Ă  proximitĂ© : nous avons dĂ» laisser notre vĂ©hicule Ă  prĂšs d'un kilomĂštre, ce qui n'est pas pratique du tout en famille. Concernant Magaluf, la destination en elle-mĂȘme n'est clairement pas faite pour les familles : l’ambiance est entiĂšrement tournĂ©e vers la fĂȘte, les bars et l’alcool, avec une clientĂšle majoritairement jeune et anglaise. L'authenticitĂ© de Majorque n'est absolument pas ici. À noter Ă©galement : le trafic autour de Palma est trĂšs dense, mĂȘme en avril.
