Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Deposit needs to be paid for some extras like towel for beach, iron and kettle. But all deposits paid back when you return the items.

It is a hotel that offers much more than 3 stars. There is a delicious breakfast buffet where you will not lack anything. There are also sufficient facilities and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will gladly come back here!

Good stay in a german hotel

At first I was shocked that we as two non-germans accidentally booked our stay in a german hotel in a german village. But in the end I learned to accept that everyone spoke to me in german instead of spanish. Everything was good except for the hard, bar quality beds and an AC unit that was way too humid.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is immaculately clean, neat and tidy. The rooms were quiet and we slept very well in comfortable beds. The pool area is attractive and well maintained and there were plenty of chairs and sun beds when we wanted to use the area. Staff were friendly and helpful; we really appreciated the excellent service we received from everyone. The food was fine but not outstanding. Breakfasts were good with quite a lot of choice. Dinners were fine. There was always a good choice of salads and vegetables but limited choice of meat and fish. We thought the wine selection was good and not too expensive.

Generally disappointed

Clean, convenient location, staff are polite and helpful but not worth the price and fell well below expectations. A few of the issues: 1) Lack of water - The principle of this irritated me. At breakfast, there is a water dispenser in the restaurant. I wanted to fill up my reusable water bottle before I went out around lunch, but it's turned off after breakfast. I asked at the bar and was told I had to buy a bottle of water because it's not available and the tap water isn't drinkable. They offered to fill up my water bottle with hot water instead...which in the 29 degree heat isn't that refreshing. It's not eco friendly and I consider it essential to have a water dispenser. Charge for everything else, no problem, but I have a real issue with being charged for water in a plastic bottle. 2) Air Conditioning. The thermostat control doesn't work in the room. Either you turn it on and freeze or turn it off and boil. This seems pretty basic requirement for 2025. 3) Burning hot thermostatic leaking shower - the actual thermostat isn't cool touch and so as you're showering, if you accidentally touch it, it burns you. The showerhead was small and so you always need to be close to the thermostat which makes this more likely to happen. 4) I get that it's a 3 star hotel, but this hotel only really offers a room and a tissue to clean your shoes. No water, no coffee/tea/kettle, hairdryer, hotel slippers, grooming kits etc..basically just a room. Fine but for the price expected more

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für 9 Tage im HSM Linda Playa und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Gebucht hatten wir zwei Premium Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock. Unsere nette Zimmerfee Martina sorgte täglich vormittags für ein sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Ein großes Lob an die Küche: die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen ist ganz hervorragend!! Weiters können wir die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Anlage und die die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben. Es gibt zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Das Abflussrohr in Zimmer 109, welches sich genau neben dem Kopfteil vom Bett befand ist sehr störend. Das Abwasser aus den oberen Etagen ist hier zu hören... Die Animation ist etwas langweilig. hier gibt es sicher noch Potential. Mehr Abwechslung bei den Abendveranstaltungen wäre zusätzlich wünschenswert.

Ok pool, dog til den lille side, ikke særlig hyggeligt pool område, ok aircondition, desværre ikke 120 cm enkeltsenge, nok nærmere 85 cm, Ok morgenbuffet, virkelig forfærdelig aftenbuffet, som vi gav 2 chancer, og også tjekkede ud andre gange, inden vi gik i byen for at spise.
