Staff was not good or bad. Cleaning was some days good, some days really bad. 3 pools, all in operation but closed due to "off season". It was 23 degrees C and sun was shining. They blade closed pools due to no lifegaurd. This is a 18+ adult hotel only. Makes no sence at all. The hotell was sold out and the que to the dinner was long. Speaking of food, it was really poor. I expected Way more.

5 star experience. Everything was superb! The hotel interoir and exterior is renovated as of summer 2018. Stronlgy recommend the All Inclusive package.
