Family holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca, quick friendly check-in. and a room with a view of Palmanova bay. Food was very good with a wide variety at both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff who went the extra mile to satisfy customers.

The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. Aircon in the room was a bit hit and miss and a fridge (rather than just a cooler) would have been a lovely bonus. Pools towels were provided. Breakfast was good, a wide selection of things, although not as much choice as other hotels, and the main bar was a bit dated. Overall a good stay for good value.

We booked room only and had a positive experience. It was a nice hotel although slightly warn in some areas for example a lot of the sunbeds where half broken still usable tho. A thing to note about this hotel is that the pool is not heated unfortunately which in may, made it uncomfortable to use. I had a overall positive experience with staff being lovely and it being a good location, would visit again

We had a lovely week at Leonardo Royal. The location and views were lovely, especially from the sea view rooms. The all inclusive buffet was generous and we never had to queue for tables. Santiago, our waiter, was always helpful and truly the best. The service at the pool bar is slow.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca and would happily recommend it, especially for families with young children. The location is excellent, the sea views are beautiful, and the beach is just a short walk away. The pools and facilities were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The all-inclusive package offered good value for money. There was plenty of food to choose from throughout the day, although some meals were quite basic. We always found something we enjoyed. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the pest control. During our stay, we saw one cockroach on the welcome drink tray, which the staff removed immediately after we reported it, and another one inside our room during the night. We understand that insects can be more common in a warm coastal destination like Mallorca, but we hope the hotel can improve its pest control, as this is something guests should not experience in a 4-star hotel. Despite this, we had a fantastic holiday and created wonderful family memories. With improved pest control, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars.

No signs in the hotel to tell you where anything is and staff weren’t very accommodating to tell us anything upon arrival. Drinks in the suits bar where dirty and bar tender couldn’t make half the drinks for the all inclusive the food is also hit and miss

Fantastic first visit to Mallorca. Hotel was great. Right by the beach and only a short walk to all amenities. We went with the all inclusive option and we were not disappointed. Food and service were 10/10.
