Loved the decor and clean, modern design aesthetic! Unfortunately our stay was during Biker Night at the VFW Lodge right next door, so we didn't have good sleep due to the loud motorcycles driving around. The bathroom floor was dirty. On a positive note, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a budget hotel! Eggs with cheese, bacon sprinkles and potatoes, along with Oikos yogurt and fresh fruit. 10/10

It is a very clean, well-maintained property. We were pleasingly greeted by staff and every accommodation we asked for was given. No fuss. For future patrons, I would suggest you use the automated checkout. The neighborhood is not rowdy. The food was good. Morning breakfast was delicious. I will use this chain in the future.

What a lovely property! I love the innovative way this hotel presents itself. The lobby design is open and well lit. The food bar is easy to approach at each station. I loved the round area for plates, utensils, cereals, etc. Coffee is the BEST! Rooms are great—beds, bathroom (love the walk-in shower), blinds (wow). We stayed three night while in area for a wedding. I’ll look for Avids on future trips.

The building seemed rather new the rooms everything seemed rather new paint job furniture is very stylish. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the coffee was really good in the lobby. Only thing I don’t like is the stylishness of the room means they didn’t have anything that resembled resembled a dresser no drawers no dresser no closet. It was kind of weird but I really like the hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It was so new and clean.

Rachel at the front desk was awesome! Accommodating and very pleasant upon check in! Lobby, room and outside VERY clean AND all new ( just opened 10/31/25). Free breakfast, carts available for luggage. No fridge or microwave in room but one in the lobby for guest use along with plates, cups and utensils. Would stay again for sure!

I liked everything about the property save one thing… They don’t have a guest laundry. Perhaps that’s why the price is so unbelievably reasonable. However, they do have small refrigerators in the rooms, and a small community microwave in the common area in the lobby. If they actually had a couple of washers and dryers, this place would be absolutely perfect! They provide everything you need and reduce costs by eliminating useless amenities like large scale furniture with drawers in the rooms. Let’s face it, most people never unpack their suitcase in a hotel room for a short stay to put their clothes away in drawers and on hangers. They focus on amenities that are actually better than average in “better hotels“ such as a very efficient fitness area with primary focused workout equipment, and nothing useless to take up space. This will be my go to location in the area from now on. I probably shouldn’t be leaving this review because the prices will go up and demand will skyrocket Either way they deserve it
