Newly remodel hotel with beautiful rooms, hallways and reception. The best breakfast in town by Laura & Diana at the roof terraza overlooking the Park & mountains. Excellent front desk service by Roberto, Alejandra and others. Hundreds of TV channels for distraction and good wifi. I will definitely will go back to Park V Cali.

My stay at this property was terrible. During check-in, Hector at reception began questioning why my passport did not have a stamp of entry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. He was very rude and had no manners. Do not stay here.

A/C is too weak, the room was mucho calor overnight, unable to sleep! The room is clean, has hot water, but very small. Was told breakfast is until 10 am, restaurant closed at 09. LOL. 5/10

The room was very comfortable and the bed was very spacious. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The check in process was very easy and only took a few minutes. The breakfast is complimentary and it is amazing. I had the typical scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and arepa they offer different ingredients of scrambled egg options to choose from or they make it to your liking. The staff are available 24/7 so if you leave your hotel room key with them and decide to go out you don't have to worry about coming back to the hotel too late. The hotel is gated so it is very safe. Overall it was a great experience, my partner and I will definitely come back again. Thank you Park V!

In September 2021, my partner and I stayed a little over a week and found the hotel okay, but in need of some help. During our recent visit in November 2024, each of us found renovations since our last visit to be significant upgrades. The kitchenette, which was a reason to choose the Park V last time, has been nicely remodeled and will serve nicely those who wish to save and prepare food for consumption in the room. The bedroom in the suite is air conditioned and incredibly quiet. The king sized bed was comfortable and bathroom fairly spacious. Communication with staff will be a challenge for non-Spanish speakers, but not impossible with use of translator apps readily available on phones. The former visit was my first visit to Colombia and my reviews at that time compared this hotel with others located in the U.S., Europe and a few other countries. The reviews for this recent visit are based on comparison with other well-rated hotels located in Bogota. Our visit this time was short and our itineraries each day did not afford us an opportunity to try or see the breakfast, which was not previously a continental style but rather a freshly prepared and tasty meal from a list of two or three options.

Sparse but very nice

Park V is a very nice stay for the price. This was my first time in Cali and was the second hotel I chose to stay at during my time there. I did not feel as comfortable as I did walking the area as I did the previous hotel. The terrace area is nice and it is very modern looking. There is no restaurant on site but they did help me order some food for delivery. The breakfast in the morning. Is the sweetest lady making eggs and other items fresh for everyone. She was bust when I went to the terrace so I left and went back to my room and she came to my door and took me food order. This place is very secure as you have to be buzzed into the building but as I mentioned I just did not feel I would be comfortable walking this area. Being on a solo trip I chose to trust my gut. I could be totally wrong. But for the price, it would be difficult to find better. There are much better stays but you will pay a lot more. The amenities in the room were bare. No minibar. Not even water. Bare minimum of toiletries. But it’s all to be expected.
