El hotel muy bien, una ubicación muy buena la habitación amplia y limpia, el baño de buen tamaño lo único es el bullicio del tráfico por la mañana pero las habitaciones interiores seguro no tienen ese problema. Los chicos en recepción muy amables y serviciales el desayuno variado y recién hecho el personal de la cocina y de limpieza creo que son las mismas, excelentes amables y muy lindas, muy bien el hotel en general, cerca de la estación de autobuses caminando por las calles alrededor encuentras de todo, el centro a unos 15 min caminando y el centro comercial Chipichape a unos 20.

Nice place with huge rooms that actually are too large. Because they are large it takes quite a while to cool them with the AC unit. The included breakfast is ok but you have to walk up to the 4th floor to enjoy it and the service was on the slow side.

he tomado este hotel muchas veces pero la anterior fue la ultima, esto pasa cuando ya pierden el sentido y la noción de los que los hacia especiales, aparte del cobro normal también me cobraron un salón para poder invitar una persona a desayunar solo por que no tienen donde desayunar aparte de las habitaciones, esto no es decente

el hotel debería considerar no generar por cobros como por ejemplo llevar desayuno a la habitación, en terminos generales las instalaciones son adecuadas, bien ubicado, de facil acceso, solo le cambiaría un poco la atención al cliente en cuanto a valores agregados que todos los hoteles ofrecen.
