la primera habitación se encontraba muy sucia debajo de la cama y con mucho polvo en el piso. El baño no funcionaba porque el vaso sanitário no corria bien. Nos pasaron a otra habitación. El desayuno es muy básico y de mala calidad. Además las personas que atienden son muy informales y cuando mi esposa se bajó a desayunar con mis hijos las escuchó decir: "esos son los tres útlimos, que suerte". Muy informales con sus celulares a todo volumen mientras se trata de desayunar en paz. Mala experiencia

La limpieza del cuarto mala, tuve que quejarme muchas veces, además de eso personal no calificado para el servicio que deben prestar. Desde el principio hasta el final la limpieza de la habitación muy pobre! En el desayuno cosas sucias y falta de atención. No volvería escoger ese hotel para hospedarme, ni tampoco lo recomendaría.
