There's not much to say, other than it was very nice. My room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, and the location, for me was very convenient. My only minor complaint was that the TV remote was difficult to use. I had to press the buttons incredibly hard to get some of them to work. Not the end of the world. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night while in town for a medical appointment and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. One thing we really enjoyed was the pool area. It was clean, well-kept, and had a nice picnic area where families could bring in supper, sit together, and enjoy the pool and waterslides. It was a thoughtful touch that made the space feel very family-friendly. The main reason I rated the property maintenance lower was because the toilet seat in our room was in rough condition, with a significant amount of the finish bubbling & peeling. It looked worn and unsanitary, even though the bathroom itself appeared clean. This seems like a relatively inexpensive item to replace and would make a big difference in the overall impression of the room.

A special shoutout to Iysha—her customer service was truly exceptional. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. The entire property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered—from housekeeping to other team members—was friendly and helpful. It really stood out as one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Calgary. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying here!
