Very nice hotel with amazing staff, everyone was so cheerful and happy to assist you anytime needed. A tip for anyone going to the hotel, do not park in the Indigo parking lot before checking in (that is the over flow parking lot), you need to register your vehicle license plate first made that mistake because the hotel had no parking and got a parking ticket the first day, luckily enough the manager got it waved for me.

Overall the checkin process was smooth and the liked the room. Very clean, with kitchenette, king size bed and clean washroom. The hotel staff charged me a deposit fee during check-in. We only stayed one night and after 5 days, I still did not receive my deposit back.

The hotel was fine. It doesn't have a lot of amenities but it works great as a place to stay for a reasonable price downtown Calgary. I am most concerned about my phone number being sold off. Ever since my stay I receive calls from random states and I had to give my phone number to the hotel when I checked in so I am concerned my information was sold off by them.

Lovely room. We had a kitchen as needed the extra sofa bed. For the price we had a decent area to move around for the 3 of us. Hotel was clean and tidy had laundry facilities and breakfast at a cost if needed. Drinks and food was in reception at a cost. Hotel was in walking distance of the centre with Cable car facilities to take you around Calgary. Buses available from centre of Calgary up to Banff if needed. A great visit and would use this hotel again.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It has two different bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, and a bathroom with a JAPANESE toilet! Very good space, espicially for those used to being all cramped across a single room. And the location is great too! An 8 minute walk to the Peace Bridge.
