Loved the comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom was fine but the shower over the bath was slippery (no rubber mat) and the water pressure nearly blew me into the next room. Breakfast was really good. There is a pool which I wish I had used. Great for a one night stay.

They are trying to update but not sure it is working yet. Could still smell the smoke in the walls upon entering. Our room was remodeled but they left in the old carpet? Pool was working, hot tub was not. Staff was very nice. The best part of our stay was the breakfast the next morning.

This hotel would benefit from a refresh and update. The lack of automatic lobby doors and an elevator are inconvenient when travelling with luggage for more than one person. While I appreciate being able to travel with my dog, it doesn't mean that I expect the carpets throughout the hotel to be disgusting. The pool appeared to be clean, but the provided seating around the pool is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The hot tub is out of commission (appears to be permanent). The best part of the stay is the included breakfast.

The rooms were wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and courteous. We were very happy with our stay. I was told my “hold on our room cost” would be voided and the return can take up to 24 hrs. It is now 36 hours and I have not seen my refund.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, many pillows, small coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Basic toiletries. The sound of the neighbours shower water (running water) was heard, but otherwise was quiet. Regular price at this hotel would’ve been too much for what it offered, but the Expedia special price made it reasonable. Great that there was a continental breakfast included, saved $20 approx that way.

Our room was very clean, the bath tubs are very small, their restaurant is not open for lunch or supper, you have to eat in the bar. The parking lot needs to fix the very large holes at the entrance.
