The property was clean and pleasant overall. It is currently going through some renovations, but that didn’t take away from the experience. This hotel is phenomenal. I would never want to stay anywhere else in this area of the Banfftrail in Calgary Alberta. The staff is fantastic housekeepers are friendly. Breakfast is on point and we’re getting an upgrade. It looks like so it’s gonna even be a better day once the pool is finished and the exterior is done.
