The staff definitely make this hotel a 5 star in my opinion. They were so nice and accommodating, always open to help you with anything. The room was really nice. All of the fixtures and everything is new. Breakfast was delicious and not crowded.

We had a great stay at this newly built hotel.Everything felt so fresh, modern, and very clean, which made the experience even better. The free breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of tasty options to start the day, our breakfast hostess Antonette was a very nice lady, friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. They also have a nice gym. Christmas morning there was two knitted red stockings hanging from the door handle with hotel branded cookies in them that were very tasty. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

Had a bit of a stressful start because I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and it was non-refundable and couldn’t be changed. Luckily, Kristen was amazing and helped us sort it out. She was super kind, patient, and really went out of her way to help—really appreciate her! The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel feels pretty new overall. Breakfast was great too, lots of options. Also met a lady from Hong Kong at breakfast who was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Overall it started off a bit rough, but the great customer service totally turned things around. Really enjoyed the stay in the end!
