Great stay at this Calgary hotel, easy check in, clean room with comfy beds/pillows, balcony had good views. Restaurant in hotel had good breakfast and our server was very friendly and attentive, pool area is good as well. Hotel is easy access to roads and a short drive to Marlboro CTrain station.

Staff was amazing, rooms super clean, enjoyed the walk in shower and balcony. Will definitely be back! It is a good location, safe and secure, private/soundproof rooms, and well maintained. They even provided a warm complimentary welcome cookie when checking in!

Stayed Saturday and the place was outrun with wedding guests. The facility is old and tired. The rooms are okay but furnishing lacks care as there was only one club chair with king size bed. Not very good for a couple. Big room but it seems lacking. The location is very convenient and we found it easy to access highways.

The room was very clean at first visit and kept the same cleanliness throughout our stay. Water temperature was on point as other hotels you have to wait for the hot water. The stand up shower was very beneficial and had space to put your bottles in one spot. More than enough counter space in the washroom as well to lay out your needs. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a very good stay.

When I arrived at 9:30 at night, I was sent to my room with two warm, delicious, chocolate chip, walnut cookies! The next day, when I went to the lounge to ask for a splash of milk to take back to my room for my tea, a lovely woman went around to the restaurant and came back with a cup of milk for me, which I kept in my little fridge and used over the next two days. That made me happy!

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything met our expectations. The only downside was the $200 security deposit. I understand why hotels require a deposit, but it felt quite high compared to other places we’ve stayed. Other than that, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
