Thank you Trevor (Head Butler)! Your helpful suggestions made my boyfriend’s milestone an absolute success. Kiran, Chef Yoshi, and the pastry chef, thank you for being able to accommodate the special request birthday cake. My boyfriend loved the cake. Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Though not being able to adjust the temperature in the corner suite was different. Had to ask the butler to adjust but can only be 5C difference of what they set. There was a pedestal fan in the room, that did help.

This was an amazing place to stay! We were treated so well from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. There was a complimentary drink upon arrival, chocolates on our bed, and a morning tray brought to our room. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the view from the tower was spectacular! Each room has a different crystal color theme. We were in the Malachite room. The food at the Opal Restaurant was delicious and well presented. I would definitely consider staying here again if I am in the area.

Such a beautiful place with amazing energy. The grounds were wonderful, the rooms immaculate and the staff so attentive. Was so grateful to have the opportunity to unwind there. Next time I’m back I will definitely be checking out the spa which I had the opportunity to drop in at before we left. Overall this would be a place I would revisit many times. Grateful

What an amazing stay. I wish we were there for more than one night! Laurel was the absolute best butler , and Anneka was so sweet for supper too! We had great massages from Raven before we left at the spa. The property is beautiful (possibly an understatement), and the “extras” at every turn didn’t go unnoticed. We will absolutely return in the near future!

I paid the agreed room rate that was crazy high . Second time there , Busy weekend so they increased room rate 3 times over ! Pretty low class imo. An extra charge after check out for what? No receipt provided. Second and last time there !!! Look elsewhere as there are many other options available for you!!

The place is an amazing beautiful and peaceful hotel within large greenery surrounding trees and flowers. Only 13 rooms in hotel but no swimming pool yet. Expansion plan is ongoing . Thanks to great staff on site and I single out Mr Trevor and Ms Brittaney for their wonderful attitude and service quality.
