Room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. The cafe inside the hotel is very expensive... $20 for a latte and a breakfast sandwich. It's also a little noisy - I could hear every time a door was closed.

The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We love how clean the entire building is. Super excited to visit their new cafe in the morning! We also love the all the amenities so close by. We visit Calgary every month and this hotel is always our first choice. Another thing I have noticed is that the front staff has been there for a while, they usually recognize us. There is something comforting about seeing a familiar face when you arrive. Alt is doing something right if they can retain the great staff!
