The food at the restaurant was great. Staff great. My room was a private apartment which I didn’t realize until checking in. So the room’s toilet seat was askew and a light near the bed was missing. That is the only reason for my review. Hotel was great. Swim area lovely although maintenance was on going in area. Staff excellent. Would stay again but would not choose to be in a privately owned room.

Nao gostei muito do café da manhã , esperava mais ! Capuccino , croassnt , outras frutas como kiwi , variedade de doces, só tinha 1 tipo de suco. Ar condicionado do quarto muito barulhento! O restante gostei de tudo ! Piscina com água na temperatura ideal , limpa e quarto aconchegante!

3 quartos em 3 noites

Embora ofereça um café da manhã muito bom, a experiência de hospedagem ficou comprometida por alguns desconfortos. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e demonstram vontade de ajudar. Mas, coitados, têm que ficar pedindo desculpas pelo Hotel. Há obrigação em adquirir um cartão pré-pago para café da manhã, frigobar e bar, sem devolução do valor não utilizado. Sem sentido. Em 3 dias tivemos que experimentar 3 quartos diferentes por causa de defeitos nos aparelhos de ar condicionados. Fazer mala e fazer a mudança em meio a uma viagem de lazer, ninguém merece! As fechaduras das portas não funcionam bem. A cada saída há a necessidade de pedir ajuda ou pedir para trocar o cartão. Mas isso não se resolve. A TV é só para constar no check list. A imagem produzida é de baixíssima qualidade.
