The hotel is the oldest in the Rio Quente complex But the best located for access to the natural pools. Staff is extremely friendly and food at the Casa de Cora main restaurant is very good and with a wealth of choices. A must visit place. The hotel has respected the surrounding nature of the area.

It could’ve been so much better,

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

We fly to GYN airport and it is over 2 hours (paid expensive transfer) to the hotel Pousada. My mother felt at one of the parks and got no assistance by park personnel, including life guards. I made an official complaint and no one called me to see what happened. Then, my daughter had a stomach intoxication and went to ambulatory. We noticed other kids and elderly people with similar problems. Again, no follow up to see if she was better. Few days after, we all got stomach bugs. Front desk personal were very young and not well trained. The food didn’t not match the high price of this resort. I am deeply disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel Pousada tem muito que melhorar

2º vez que vamos para o Rio Quente Resort, no hotel pousada. Ficamos no apartamento 225, quarto é bem grande e confortável, porém muitas coisas não funcionavam bem, principalmente o banheiro, tampa do vaso quebrada, torneiras dos banheiros mal reguladas, chuveiro fraco, velho e faltava água toda hora. Cama eu achei muito velha, colchão muito usado. Portal mal regulado, não fechava o trinco da porta. Enfim, por ser a pousada mais antiga do complexo, as coisas são bem antigas, venhas. Falta muita manutenção para deixar de acordo. Café da manhã e o almoço impecáveis, muitas opções e uma variedades de alimentos e bebidas, tudo incluído na hospedagem. Parque das fontes bom como sempre, tudo lindo e perfeito. Hot Park estava melhor ainda, todas as partes impecáveis, muito bem cuidado. Não achei legal em alguns tobogãs não liberar a descida por excesso de peso, tipo, o mais radical limite era 100kg e eu tenho 101kg, não fui liberado para descer. Achei os valores extremamente altos na questão dos passeios, esportes e alimentação, super, hiper, mega faturados, cobram taxas por fora ainda que no check out eu retirei da conta.
