Fui eu e minha filha 07 anos, ficamos no quarto 314, o único ponto negativo foi a disposição da cama na diagonal. De resto tudo EXCELENTE e muito funcional: cama, ar condicionado, chuveiro, box de vidro, varanda com secador de roupa. Os funcionários super simpáticos (a gente também precisa ser, acredito que gentileza deve ser recíproca, porque vi outros clientes chatos e esses que devem dar avaliação negativa). As piscinas funcionando até tarde, podíamos voltar do parque aquático e curtir o hotel. O parquinho ficou interditado 2 dias para reparo, mas depois minha filha conseguiu utilizar. O café da manhã maravilhoso, de quinta a sexta, estava vazio e foi mais tranquilo do que no final de semana, mas sempre era reposto e conseguimos nos servir bem. Achei excelente também as opções no café. Localização excelente, do lado do Clube Prive e Water Park. Fui andando até o Singapura Shopping e até a Feirinha. Muitos restaurantes e lojas perto. Economizei no Uber. VOLTAREI E RECOMENDO!

Excelente custo benefício. Comida muito boa, quartos limpos, piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Trocam a água todas as noites. Acesso aos parques aquáticos da rede faz toda a diferença, principalmente para crianças. O único ponto negativo é o ar condicionado antigo que faz muito barulho. Porém, fiz uma solicitação de mudança de quarto na recepção e fui prontamente atendido. Me deram um quarto com ar condicionado novo e silencioso.

Equipe do hotel super atenciosa, recreação infantil excelente, com instrutores muito simpáticos e cuidadosos. As crianças adoraram a experiência! Viagem em família

Estive com minha familia (esposa, filhos, pais, irmão, cunhada e sobrinhos) em abril por 5 dias. Já conhecia o hotel e sabia de suas qualidades. Pontos positivos: Piscinas limpas, com grande oferta e, devido à baixa ocupação, muita tranquilidade. Café da manhã com boa qualidade e variedade. O mesmo vale ser dito para o almoço e o jantar. Limpeza do quarto muito boa. Localização excelente. Pontos a serem melhorados: tentei contatos com o hotel antes da minha chegada para algumas solicitações, e nenhum dos emails foi respondido a tempo; recebi, inclusive, a resposta de um deles já durante minha hospedagem. Em dois dias foi necessário irmos até o hotel vizinho para refeições. Ar condicionado de janela barulhentos.
