O ar condicionado estava pingando. Tivemos que colocar um pote para não molhar o quarto inteiro. A porta do banheiro estava sem tranca. Éramos 4 adultos e não tínhamos como trancar o banheiro. Na verdade, a porta sequer encostava. Tivemos que colocar um banco atrás da porta para segurá-la. A luz da sala estava com defeito. Não há nenhuma tomada disponível no quarto. Até havia vários pontos, mas todos estavam tampados. O ducha higiênica não funciona bem também. O apartamento estava limpo e a vizinhança estava ótima. Porém, carece de manutenção.

Eu e minha família amamos o fato de ter 2 banheiros no nosso apartamento visto que estávamos em 4 pessoas. Já me hospedei a sete anos atrás e tudo tava razoavelmente bom quanto antes!

Gostei, mas poderia ter mais utensílios de cozinha! Tinha apenas 1 panela, não tinha uma faca para corta carne… Faltou travesseiro ( mesmo que pessoal leve as fronhas e lençóis). Uma funcionária, abriu a porta, estava dormindo com meu esposo levamos um susto! Fico imaginando se com a placa não perturbe, não quero limpeza! Abre imagina se a gente não estivesse lá.

O ar condicionado estava meio fraco, utensílios de cozinha bem fraco , panelas estragadas talheres velhos. Resumindo utensílios nescecitando trocar. Devido o feriado, o check in estava muito tumultuado com filas, o que causou muito tempo perdido. Fiz uma outra reserva no rio quente, onde pediram todos os dados nossos e do veículo, onde acredito, que quando chegarmos o check in estará pronto, evitando fadiga. Penso que todos deveriam fazer dessa forma , onde ganharíamosais tempo. Mas mesmo assim indico as hospedagens e gosto muito do Hotel.com , estão de parabéns toda a equipe.

Piscinas muito limpas e agradáveis, ótima estrutura e recepção. O único ponto ruim foi justamente o quarto que não possuía uma infraestrutura tão boa quanto a estrutura da hospedagem no geral. No mais um ótimo local pelo custo!

No geral é bom, pelo preço não esperávamos muito, mas chegamos lá e a nossa torneira estava pingando, o micro ondas até funcionava, mas não estava esquentando. O controle do ar condicionado também não estava pegando, e a tv do quarto não estava boa também. No geral é boa, deu pra nossa necessidade, mas não foi das melhores confortáveis.

Olá boa tarde! Venho aqui fala um pouco da minha experiência Consegui nenhuma toalha e um travesseiro, um plano de chão , na recepção nem pagando o hotel fornece, sobre a limpeza foram 4 dias que fiquei lá não houver limpeza mesmo deixando placa fora do quarto não foi ninguém limpa

Tem tudo para ser ótimo, precisa de uns ajustes

O apartamento é espaçoso, estava limpo e organizado. Ambiente silencioso e o parque aquático é excelente. Tinham muitas formigas na cozinha e banheiro. As TVs não funcionaram nenhum dia, os canais não sintonizavam nem com o rapaz da hotelaria vindo resolver. Gostaríamos que invés de uma cama de casal, tivesse um sofá cama na sala. A cama não permite dobrar para sentar e ficamos sem lugar para sentar e assistir, só camas. Nosso check in seria as 13h, como combinado com o anfitrião, mas a hotelaria não permitiu dizendo que não havia sido comunicada. Apesar do aviso para lavar as louças, não havia esponja, nem detergente pra fazer. Tivemos que comprar à parte.

O AP é bem bonitinho, bem arrumado, a única coisa que não gostei foi que o fogão é por indução e as panelas disponíveis no local não servia, os utensílios são bem velhos, o chuveiro tbm velho,mas a estrutura do condomínio é muito boa, o paque aquático é maravilhoso.

Foi muito boa. So achei o apartamento com problema na torneira da pia e duas tomadas somente o microondas por dentro um pouco enferrujado. Mas fora isso lacqua di roma é otima Poderia melhorar um pouco na questao da locacao. Qual faz a reserva automaticamente tinha que falar qual lacqua e o apartamento isso ficou na falha tinha que melhorar em questao a isso.
