O quarto era razoável, coisas velhas e quebradas, um empreendimento com conforto de um hostel e preço de 5 estrelas. O parque aquático é bom no que se compromete, porém os funcionários em sua maioria estão de mau humor ou de má vontade. Por incrível que pareça a única coisa 100% é a recepção.

L'aqua Di Roma não é o que apresenta ser

Não teve café da manhã, não tinha roupa de cama, funcionário da recepção atendeu muito mal, me dizendo que não fazia parte do pacote. Tomem cuidado, verifiquem antes se tem café da manhã e roupas de cama. Parque L'aqua di Roma é muito fraco, sem atrações e brinquedos interessantes. Não deixaram o filho de minha namorada descer num toboágua porque ele só tinham 1,29m. Parque tem muita gente e as piscinas não conseguem se manter limpinhas.

Péssima estadia! Fiquei decepcionada !!!

Não foi boa, no anúncio dizia que o quarto caberia 4 pessoas, no entanto só havia uma cama de casal e um sofá cama super duro, o chuveiro elétrico estava queimado e o ar condicionado não gelava! O quarto dos meus filhos ficaram em prédio diferente do nosso. Falei bom dia para uma camareira e ela virou a cara! Fora que ao chegar, ninguém sabia dar informações sobre a minha reserva!
