Staff were approchable and helpful. Great location. 10min walk to the hotpark. There are restaurants in the area and some gift shops and swimsuit shops around. The access to the river is awesome and the pools were very nice. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room (there is one in the common area). They only had one glass for fluids in the cupboard. The worse part though is that the double bed is two single beds put together.

Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food management could do much better

Tudo no hotel estava bom porém duas coisas me incomodaram muito a primeira foi o cheiro de esgoto no Rio Quente, e a segunda foi um barulho insuportável 24 horas por dia das máquinas que aqueciam a piscina ,passei três noites sem dormir devido este barulho ,o restante como funcionários higiene tudo foi bom

A cama de casal estava com colchão muito ruim, partido ao meio, parecia dois colchões de solteiros mas não era, em fim tem um buraco no meio da cama. Precisam avaliar melhor as condições dos colchões. No mais, foi muito bom, toalhas e roupa de cama limpinhos, café da manhã muito bom, coisas de muita qualidade, bom atendimento.
