Razoáveis, piscinas sujas, poucas piscinas com água quente, durante o dia de domingo, após o almoço, só tinha uma piscina limpa, mais com água fria, piscina com água quente todas sujas. Baneheiros Razoáveis. A noite após as 11 horas tinha uma piscina quente boa.

Hotel bagunçado. Lugar sujo, ar condicionado antigo, barulhento, tv antiga somente com dois canais. Não tem limpeza de quarto, cafe da manhã horrível, pães sem gosto e endurecidos, pouca opção de frutas. Totalmente despreparado para receber hóspedes. Total desconforto. Péssima experiência. Nunca mais.

Hotel péssimo, não cumprem com as descrições. Os funcionários são despreparados e mal educados. As piscinas não são limpas devidamente, sendo que apenas jogam um pouco da água fora e colocam mais água, sem esvaziar de fato e limpar como normalmente acontece em Caldas Novas. O café da manhã é bem fraco e finalizam antes do horário programado. Não possuem estacionamento para todos os quartos e as vagas na rua são bem difíceis de achar. Os quartos estão velhos e sem manutenção. No geral, é um dos piores condomínios de caldas novas e não possuem estrutura para receberem o volume de hospedes que se propõe.

O lugar é excelente, porém de uns anos pra cá o atendimento piorou um pouco. Quando vai chegar e sair do estacionamento pago do hotel vc tem que ficar esperando algum tempo até alguém abrir a cancela pra vc, sendo que já achei o estacionamento caro, uma vez que já paga a estadia. Não tem garagem e nem sombra. O valor é 30 reais por dia.

AO CHEGAR NO HOTEL, DEI INÍCIO AO CHEK IN, FOI ME ENTREGUE UM CARTAO CHAVE E SUBI PRA ENTRAR NO QUARTO, AO ENTRAR NO QUARTO ME DEPAREI COM O QUARTO OCUPADO COM MALAS DE OUTROS HÓSPEDES, EU E MINHA FAMÍLIA FICAMOS TOTALMENTE CONSTRANGIDOS POR TEREM NOS DADO UM QUARTO JÁ OCUPADO, NOTADAMENTE O HOTEL NÃO SE PREOCUPA COM A SEGURANÇA DOS HÓSPEDES E MUITO MENOS DE FAZER AS COISAS CERTAS, UM ERRO TOTALMENTE INACEITÁVEL, CAFÉ DA MANHÃ MEDIANO, E O ALMOÇO E A LIMPEZA QUE SALVOU, DEFINITIVAMENTE NAO FICAREMOS MAIS NESTE HOTEL, NÃO RECOMENDO.

Área de piscina era legal, porém quarto não era aconchegante, pedimos duas camas de casal e não tinha, tinha que juntar duas cama de solteiro, sofá cama é horrível pra dormir

Hotel antigo, as fotos do site não condizem com a realidade. Check-in extremamente lento e apartamento liberado com cerca de três horas de atraso! Cama desconfortável, serviço de quarto literalmente INEXISTENTE. Os elevadores não comportam a quantidade de hóspedes. Café da manhã muito aquém do esperado. Certamente há outros hotéis com preços compatíveis e acomodação melhor.

apartamento apareceu vários filhotes de baratas, principalmente no período noturno, apartamento não foi limpo nenhum dia durante as estadias , além dos elevadores apresentarem defeitos os 3 dias( inclusive tendo que subir até 8* andar onde estávamos pelas escadas
