Agua das piscinas sempre limpas e aquecimento muito bom, cada piscina tinha sua temperatura e era mantida o dia todo, so deixou a desejar foi a sauna, nao estava funcionando, e cada funcionário que era perguntado se ia ligar, dava uma desculpa diferente.

Fomos colocados em um quarto no qual havia um problema com o ar condicionado e a TV não funcionava. Pedi no dia que chegamos para que alguém da manutenção fosse ao apartamento em estávamos para resolver o problema. Não fomos atendidos e no outro dia , pedi novamente para que alguém fosse avaliar o problema e resolver. O técnico de manutenção foi e nos disse que o quarto em estávamos hospedados, deveria estar interditado devido o problema com o ar condicionado. Nos mudaram de quarto porém me senti mal com a situação. Os funcionários na sua maioria são cordiais e educados com os hóspedes. Me recordo de hospedar neste mesmo hotel alguns anos atrás e confesso que fiquei triste porque na primeira vez o café da manhã tinha mais variedades, o hotel era melhor cuidado e foi isso que nos fez retornar mas desta vez nossa experiência foi outra.
