What a great establishment! Dont hesitate and book this property. Decor is elegant yet quirky. Rooms are magnificent. And the staff is truly warm and friendly. Special mention to the nice lady attending the front desk. My family did not want to leave the A/C!!! Excellent place!

We absolutely loved our stay at 19 Tile Ceramic Concept Hotel! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and full of unique character. My favorite part was the little swing in the room and opening the French doors to look out over the peaceful courtyard. Watching the beautiful peacock wandering below made the experience feel truly special. The hotel was spotless, the staff were welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Caldas da Rainha and the surrounding Silver Coast. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, memorable place to stay.

Lovely boutique hotel, and super staff. Room 3 is right next to entrance and lobby which can get noisy fyi. Great breakfast options. Be aware the parking is around the corner at a deck, or on street up by the market. Wonderful location, would definitely recommend this lovely spot!

This was one of the most unique hotels I have ever been in. We really liked staying here on our trek north to Porto after see Berlangas and Obidos. Staff so friendly and helpful, rooms so spacious and clean and uniquely furnished. The early morning wakeup call from the peacock was pretty cool.

A very cute boutique hotel. Everything was great. The only problem was that they do not have an elevator and we could not take our luggage two floors up but they were very professional and friendly and gave us a room in the lower level which was only a few steps and they helped us with it. Hotel is also in a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place, great restaurant!

Such a special hotel with unique design! great rooms, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The staff was really accommodating and nice, and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant where breakfast is included, but the better part was dinner - really high-end dining experience, only a few steps away from our room. Recommended!

Good location hotel in center of nice city that was wonderful illuminated for Christmas. Friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast. However, we experienced some noise from the rooms above us (not spund proof), and the finishing in the bathroom has some flaws (e.g. kit, painting of tiles in shower)

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Our room was quite comfortable, except for the bed being a little too low but we definitely had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very good, eggs and bacon to order and a lot of other choices. The only thing that I would let other travellers know is that there are stairs, not many.
