“We were not familiar with the area and wanted to be central to our family that live in Brisbane Logan area. This hotel ticked all our boxes. Room was clean and very big and accommodating for my family of three. Easy check in process, the staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. We used the underground car parking which was very convenient to access and to get our luggage bags upto the room. “It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful.
Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day.
No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi.
Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends.”

I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. “Staying at the Novotel Brisbane Airport was a much better experience for us compared to the Pullman or Ibis. Having Skygate right next door—complete with a Woolworths and plenty of dining options—was super convenient, as was the free, regular shuttle bus straight to the airport terminal.
