“The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. ”

The property had a stench of foul fish smell, The dogs were incessantly barking day early morning and night time. Roosters were crowing at dawn. The whole property was rundown and dirty.
