the hotel room was very clean. efficient & hospitable staff. I feel so at home on this hotel . The food in the restaurant was great . It is convenient to all commercial places like shopping & grocery stores.. Accessible transportation too. Highly recommended.

The property is centrally near shopping . Staff was very friendly. The room is very clean and lobby is welcoming. Dining is conveniently located. Food was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Mini Hilton accommodations - Thank you

The evening staff is professional and polite! Jennifer and I call this our mini Hilton as it is one of the few places to stay where the bed is comfortable and the price is perfect.

Very good customer service upon checking-in. The bed in the room is excellent! Extremely comfortable. Great selection of channels on TV. I will happily return to this hotel in the future. Everything in the room is great aside from two things: 1) The chair next to desk is really uncomfortable to sit on if you're trying to use your laptop for a long period of time. I wish this would be changed to something more appropriate. 2) The complimentary water bottles had their plastic cap opened together with the detaching security strap (it didn't detach, makes you feel the bottle is not genuinely filled and possibly reused with the covering cap)

Excellent new property. Rooms are clean but I have a suggestions that will make guests experience a little better: 1) there should be a robe hook in bathroom. 2) electrical outlets should have been placed where they’re visible and easily accessible. 3) access cards should not just be plain white plastics, hotel logo should printed on them. These are minor comments and do not significantly change the experience. I didn’t try the pool though so I can’t comment.

Staff are friendly but airconditoning is bad and very hard to set up. We woke up 3 am and we were soaking wet with sweat. The position in the aircon is away from the bed and the settings are defaulted to minimum economy. It is hard to adjust. The hallway has unpleasant smell probably from the bleach they have used. Overall we were not happy with the experience. Its 4 am here and we cannot get back to sleep!!!

My last stay was about a month ago so review is almost the same. Room was clean and comfortable but strangely the rate was way higher when I book earlier this time. If room rate is competitive, will not be bothered to consider other hotels next month/time when I'm back in Calamba.

Comfortable hotel with not much facilities

Stayed here for the 2nd time just to see if there are any improvements. Overall still the same. They need to really look at the toilet flushing system and the shower. Temperature control was bad. took a long time for water to heat up. Sometime it never did. The breakfast selection was not to my liking so did not try. Other than that the rest was quite alright. The bed as usual was so comfortable, the room clean, wide selections of TV channels, Wi-Fi connection not too shabby. Front desk staff Miss Twinkle was bubbly and very approachable, a good asset to the hotel. Overall, except for the bathroom, will not hesitate to check into this hotel again.
