The receptionist was excellent, very polite and helpful. We had a very nice and quiet room with a view on the garden and pool. All the staff was also very helpful. The hotel situation not far from the airport also very practical. A good address to keep for the future!

Pleasant Desert hotel

Pleasant desert hotel with nice pool, bar, and restaurant in Calama. Friendly service. Had to get an early bus so did not have time for breakfast. They arranged an early morning taxi for us to get to the bus station. Good for an overnight stay.

The place is surprisingly nice with grass water features pool and modern amenities, staff speak English very well and are polite attentive and nice. O hotel é bonito, tem um quarto confortável e limpo. Apenas achei um descaso do funcionário quando pedi ajuda para limpar meu carro. Durante à noite os pássaros simplesmente sujaram todo o vidro no estacionamento e ele me deu uma flanela molhada para limpar.
