Outstanding location, overall hotel facilities and maintenance. The Paprika restaurant at the hotel is very good. Cajamarca is a wonderful destination at the Andean Perú, with people who are warm and caring about their visitors.

They are not very helpful if your flight is cancelled because of bad weather. Restrictions to change dates are unreasonable. Invoicing took more than 2 days which is odd. Looking for other options in Cajamarca in the future.

I loved how central this location is to get around. I loved the bar and the bartenders were the best, so friendly and attentive. I didn’t like housekeeping. They didn’t clean my room upon request. The gym was old and the equipment didn’t work. The swimming pool location was weird where I didn’t feel relax as many people and staff were passing through. One day it was 10 minutes for the breakfast to close and I requested a cup of coffee and they couldn’t offer that. As I said before if it wasn’t for the excellent service of all the bartenders I would have a horrible experience but I would come back because of them.

Don’t go

Arrived at Hotel the front entrance was barricaded with large stickers from the government saying Hotel closed down , we knocked on the door the people inside saw us and they wouldn’t open the door to let us in someone came outside from another entrance and took us through the back entrance of the hotel . No lights were turned on in the hotel. The restaurant was closed down The bar was closed down We were told we have to order room service and eat in our rooms.. the reason I booked the hotel because it had a nice restaurant overlooking the town Square but it was closed down permanently. Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance. If everything was closed down in the Hotel the restaurant the bar the Jacuzzi no lights front entrance barricaded with confronting stickers from the government.why are they even allowing people to book the hotel?? I want a refund
