Bra med rengjøring. Rengjøring av rommet gjøres når du ønsker det. personalet er imøtekommende. Frokost var bra med et godt utvalg. Hadde utsikt til basseng noe som fører til mye støy. Støyet var er generelt problem. Rommet var så lytt at du kunne høre ALT fra naborommet, rommet over, samt trappeoppgangen. Rommene er veldig enkle, med utslitte møbler, uten en stol eller nattbordslampe. Det var ingen telefon slik at du kunne kontakte resepsjonen uten å gå ditt.

O ponto alto é a localização, excelente!! Perto dos melhores restaurantes e barzinhos da praia 2, onde tudo acontece. Pertinho do centrinho também. Cama confortável, quarto muito bom. Pegamos um quarto virado pra piscina, o que não recomendo por causa da barulho, mas tinha sacada e isso foi agradável. Café da manhã mto bom, organizado. Equipe sempre prestativa e cuidadosa. Gostamos bastante e com ctza voltaremos.

Infelizmente todos os dias houve desentendimentos entre hóspedes. Pessoal chega tarde de festas e... Um dia discussão entre a eles, outro dia, hospede saindo aos berros reclamando do barulho. Complicado. Apesar de ser praia, o hotel precisa escolher, pois muitos hotéis na ilha, não aceitam todos os tipos de hóspedes (o povo das festas, famílias, idosos...). Pelo menos deveria ter sido informado que, contamos com shows ao vivo de algazarras, assim quem fosse, já ia preparado.

Gostei pois é em frente à praia. O quarto atendeu minhas necessidades. Viajei com meu marido e meu filho de 7anos o quarto tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. A varanda com uma rede muito boa para descansar. Limpeza e troca de Leçois perfeita. A equipe bem atenciosa.

Vou começar dizendo que é minha segunda estadia na pousada. Estive em Morro há 4 anos e considerei a voltar a pousada porque considero que neste padrão de preço e localização, não existem outras em Morro de Sao Paulo. Trata-se de uma pousada de perfil turístico, mais simples, porém grande — são mais de 100 quartos — e com tudo o que se espera para uma estadia confortável à beira-mar. Está localizada na orla da Segunda Praia, com acesso fácil a tudo. Como é um local que recebe muitos grupos de amigos e famílias, pode haver momentos mais barulhentos, especialmente para os quartos próximos à piscina. Já havia observado isso na primeira reserva mas não chegou a ser um problema. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, com varanda, rede e ar-condicionado. O serviço de limpeza funciona diariamente, incluindo troca de toalhas. A equipe merece destaque à parte pela simpatia e atenção constante. O café da manhã costuma ser bem movimentado, principalmente em horários de pico, e nos finais de semana, mas as reposições são rápidas, os itens são variados, não faltam e sempre há sucos de fruta variados e de frutas regionais. Outro ponto positivo é que a estrutura da pousada contempla comodidades muito úteis, como estação com ferro de passar roupas disponível ao hóspede e secador de cabelo fornecido para uso no quarto mediante devolução. Recomendo bastante e voltarei
