The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The hotel is in Downtown Cairo and plenty of restaurants and attractions are within minutes. The only downside is the traffic noise so wearing earplugs is a must. Overall was a great stay in the heart of Cairo.

I booked the hotel room for my elderly father. He had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Hotel in Cairo. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful throughout his visit. The hotel is also very clean, which made the whole experience even more comfortable for him. We highly recommend it.

Great hotel and staff 10/10. Mostafa was a gentleman and he helped me with my luggage and other questions. I stayed at the Sama Hotel which is a sister building a block from the white swan hotel. I booked with the white swan, and i had a difficult time finding this hotel. The Sama hotel is really nice so is white swan both staff teams are very helpful. As a woman I do advise you enter and exit the building with a man at night (at sama hotel) there is a hookah cafe right outside and a lot of men. Take safety precautions at night but other than that it’s very safe and clean. Pricing was very fair for the room and affordable.

We had a fantastic stay at the White Swan Hotel. Located on the 5th floor, the experience begins the moment you step off the elevator—the space is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed. Honestly, the amenities here rival, and in some cases exceed, those of the major big-brand hotels. Everything about the decor and facilities feels fresh and modern. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast experience: you simply select what you’d like, and it is delivered directly to your room. It felt like a true luxury to enjoy such an extensive menu without having to leave our space. The staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our trip. They were very diligent about cleaning whenever we requested it, which truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Just a small note for future travelers: the air in the area can be a bit dusty, so you might notice surfaces accumulate dust a little more quickly than usual, but it didn't take away from the quality of the stay at all. We would definitely stay here again!

"Having visited Cairo seven times, I have stayed at several high-end hotels, yet this property has surpassed them all. My primary priority is cleanliness, and I was impressed to find it maintained to an exceptional standard—from the entrance to the rooms—with a consistently fresh atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff were remarkably attentive and professional, ensuring every request was met perfectly. Despite having a balcony overlooking the street, I enjoyed a quiet and restful stay, free from any outside noise. I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 10/10."

Plezant verrast over de kwaliteit en de lage prijs van het hotel. Slechts een tiental kamers, maar erg fraai ingericht. Kamers waren schoon, het bed lag lekker, badkamer was ruim, de airconditioning werkte uitstekend, prima ontbijt (je geeft dagelijks vooraf via internet op hoe je je ontbijt graag wil, waarna deze naar je kamer wordt gebracht), grote TV. Ook het raam was redelijk goed geisoleerd (aanzienlijk beter dan mijn hotel hiervoor in Giza), dus ik heb geen slaap gemist door al dat willekeurige getoeter van het Egyptische verkeer. Enige minpunt, bij inchecken moest ik tot driemaal toe aangeven dat ik geen gebruik wilde maken van de door hun georganiseerde dagtouren. Een keer "nee" had genoeg geweest moeten zijn. Hun selectie van touren is overigens zeer ruim, mocht je daar wel gebruik van willen maken. Al met al erg tevreden, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
