The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with being asked questions or for refills for the room. The location is good as it's quite close to the pyramids, quad biking and GEM. Choice of restaurants within short taxi ride. Booked some tours through them and it was all arranged very smoothly

Although the team is very young, we were truly impressed by their kindness and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. They were always available to help us with anything we needed, including arranging several activities through the hotel, all of which went perfectly. Our stay at Taj was exceptional. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and just what we needed for a good nights rest after a long day of activities. A highlight of this hotel is the rooftop with phenomenal views of the pyramids. Eating breakfast every morning with views of the Pyramids was amazing. Taj set up our pick up from the airport which was smooth and easy. Once we arrived the owner of the hotel helped us arrange all of our tours for the week. All we had to do was enjoy our time in Egypt. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is not as described by Expedia and is at best a cheap hostel. None of the described facilities exist. No restaurant, no bar, no lift, no balconies. The rooms are very basic and not the luxury twin queen beds as described. Breakfast was poor and served on the roof or in your room. There is nowhere to sit in your room so the roof is the only option which is no good if you have limited mobility. This is a hotel to avoid!!!! The area is not good with no where to eat and very dirty. We had to move hotels because this place is so poor. The only plus was the staff who were great.

I everyone was very welcoming treating you like family going extra lengths to make your stay comfortable and we were very glad to choose this place instead of a bigger hotel in Cairo. I stayed for 5 days, mainly for the Anyma concert and sightseeing. The hotel was just perfect for my needs, amazing rooftop views of the Great Pyramids, the included local breakfast was really nice, staff very helpful and friendly. Every tour knew the location for pick-up / drop-off. Hotel is also minutes drive to a lovely restaurant (Egy Gate). Thanks to the staff for showing me the Egyptian hospitality.

The staff here was wonderful. For a less expensive option, good choice. The rooms are not as up to date as if you spend more elsewhere, but the location is easy and the roof top view is very good. Good choice if you want to spend less.
