Excellent service and great location close to the pyramids and Grand Museum. The owner and manager were very helpful and pickup and drop service from and to airport was on time and very good. The rooftop view of the pyramids was amazing! Owner was very friendly and made the stay very pleasant!

Great Hotel , management very helpful. Polite and they go beyond to help out. The chef very nice, polite, 10 starts to him. The young people helping the manager very nice always with a smile. Why we stayed in that hotel “ the view of the pyramids from the room”😃 Thank you for a great stayed!

The location and view were perfect for visiting the pyramids. However, there were points I felt stress: 1. Some young staff always demanded us tips for non-valuable service like bring a hair dryer from the reception. 2 Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was cold even though we waited for 45 minutes. 3 Breakfast was served too slow. We took breakfast in other places from the second day.

In Egypt for business and booked a room with a view of the Pyramids as the only criteria. I was pleasantly surprised by this new hotel. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area is overlooking the Pyramids. Front staff was very helpful in organizing transport for my meetings. I can only recommend this hotel and its friendly staff and I will be back for a vacation with my family at this same hotel again.

Had an opportunity to meet and dine with the owner- Abram and his family in their beautiful home. This was an emotional experience as I was able to enjoy traditional culture. My hotel was located walking distance to the pyramid entrance. My room was clean and had excellent air conditioning with an AWSOME balcony view of the pyramids. The roof top dining area was the BEST view of all three pyramids. Breakfast was light yet filling, very healthy and presented with an inviting flare. Staff were friendly and ensured my safety at all times. In regards to safety, I felt protected and safe with Fargomar (driver in Luxor) and will return to take the Nile cruise to Aswan. Overall, enjoyed seeing the culture of everyday life in Cairo, Alexander and Luxor. Only regrets entailed taking “private tours” as I felt rushed and heavily pursued into buying over priced expensive items from family/friends and or associates. Really just wanted to slick to the tour schedule because the extra stops took time away from what I flew across the world to see. Moving forward will stick with the bused group tours.

Our room was so small and outdated, moreover The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain; the water just stood there and wouldn't drain. water from the AC spilled onto the nightstand and the bed. We got upgraded for bigger room but there was the sink problem also. Not cozy hotel at all, very dirty area outside. The breakfast is terrible , Complete unsanitary conditions in the kitchen, poor selection of the cheapest products We had a breakfast nearby rooftop 7000 I guess and it was so good. Never again stay here even for 1 night. Bad experience
