We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite -- a super nice gesture! Turndown service is also a nice gesture. Breakfast was superb -- highly recommended! Rooms are a bit dated: In particularly, I believe that there should be dedicated outlets for recharging mobile devices. Temperature of rooftop pool was pleasantly warm in January. There aren't many nearby restaurants in the area, but I would stay again at this hotel.

Great location in Garden City. Nice small rooftop pool and bar with good views over city. The Garden City suburb is quiet and Full of beautiful old buildings. We had a room overlooking the suburb not the Nile which was quiet. Mahmoud and others at breakfast service served us well.
