Service is great, the hotel has an excellent personal guides and drivers. Affordable and keeps you safe. We paid an average of $400US for a guide, driver and car for 8 hours. They saved us time, protected us from crime and being ripped off.

The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. My family and I were very happy during our stay here and definitely wished we could have stayed longer. The director Ramy, along with Sana and the staff are all amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating. Food is delicious (coffee is excellent), so much to do nearby and the hotel itself is a beautiful place to be and relax. We are looking forward to staying here again during our next trip to Cairo.
