All is new and very clean, the staff is marvellous, I strongly recommend it. The breakfast is served at the time you need directly in the room, we had good continental breakfast but is possible to have also Egyptian breakfast. The only thing they can improve is to put a more visible sign on the building, because the hotel is at the second floor of a building.

Great value for money right in the heart of Old Cairo city. Vintage lift to the second floor . Building is mainly deserted and there is no retail inside . The room was spotless and huge. It was a deluxe room. The staff was perfect, kind, helpful, generous, and available, especially Nadine and Thomas. They really made the stay worth it. The room had a nice-sized fridge, and they offered to microwave anything I needed warmed up. They offered several tours that were reasonably priced, and I took one of the tours that included the pyramids. The trip was fabulous, the private driver and guide were excellent. They even stopped off to let me buy some spices and that wasn't part of the tour. I have never been anywhere with people that nice and hospitable. Ignore the floors leading up to the hotel - it's an historic building so don't let the look of them scare you as they almost scared me off. You can't beat this place for the price, breakfast included, and room size. The location is good too.

We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money.

El edificio horrible, la cama no estaba mal pero el cuarto daba la sensación de no estar limpio. Nos quedamos dos días y no hicieron la limpieza ni nos dieron papel de baño. Se escuchan mucho ruido de la calle. El elevador terrible. No servía cuando nos íbamos con la maleta así que tuvimos que bajar con las maletas por la escalera. Lo único que lo salva son los chicos de la recepción que son amables.

Localização excelente (é preciso atenção para encontrar - não há placa do hotel e é preciso subir 2 lances de escada ou usar o elevador para chegar). A pressão do chuveiro estava bastante fraca em um dos dias. De resto, tudo estava conforme o esperado. Cama confortável, quarto grande, ar condicionado funcionando bem e um café da manhã razoável. No fim das contas, é uma boa opção.
