The service was fantastic! Everyone on the staff went out of their way to be helpful and nice. And our room had an amazing view of the pyramids and the Sphinx, as did the rooftop terrace. Best of all, the hotel is a short walk to the entrance to area where the pyramids and Sphinx are so it was an incredibly convenient base for seeing them early in the day. Perfect stay!

We stayed two nights at the Great Pyramids Inn with my wife and teen daughter. The room’s greatest asset was the fourth-floor balcony with direct views of the Great Pyramid and the Sphinx and a external jacuzzi. Service from all staff members was exceptionally attentive—impressive for an inn. The significant drawback: heavy construction directly in front of the property with nighttime work that made a quiet night difficult. Despite the construction noise, the exceptional views and hospitality made for a worthwhile stay.

Not as advertised. I was unable to contact hotel for airport transfer despite calling, messaging and getting Expedia agents involved. Room was small, sheets pilled and itchy. No hot water (30 degrees only), water and power outages. Room safe did not lock. Great view of pyramids, Good breakfast. Patio is lovely at night. Would not stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout. The hotel was spotless and the view from the terrace was stunning. However we did not get the double room with pyramid view and balcony that we booked but a twin with no view or balcony at all. This was rectified on our second night of two night stay. Very limited vegetarian options available and had our first meals arriving separately 15 minutes apart. When we contacted the hotel prior to our arrival via email we did not get a response. The hotel is ok for a couple of nights but we wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. Great for a flying visit to the pyramids.

The staff, were some of the best I've encountered, over many years of travelling. Food was outstanding, as was the service. I will single out Yousuf (head waiter), as an exemplary example. Comfortable beds and a good shower/ bathroom. The vista from the roof terrace, is one of the very best in the world.
The panoramic view, from the roof terrace, is simply breathtaking.

Perfect location. One foot closer and you’d step on the sphinx’s paw. The restaurant on the roof gives an incredible view of the pyramids (postcard type of photos). Great staff as well. I will definitely comeback to this hotel!!

We loved our stay at Great Pyramid Inn All the staff were very friendly and approachable and wanting to help. The highlights include the view from our room of the pyramids, the delicious breakfast, rooftop restaurant and the excellent laundry service. We used the complimentary airport pick up and the driver was very friendly and a safe driver which gave us comfort as we arrives at 1.20am. The location is exceptional being a 2mon walk to the pyramids entrance and a short drive to the GEM. Highly recommend!
