My stay here was good. The hotel was clean but it is very old. The hotel isn't run down but it is really starting to show its age. Pool area was nice! The shuttle for the airport was $80USD per person so I just had the hotel call a regular taxi. That cost was aboout $30

The hotel has 5 stars public facilities but the rooms are outdated and need serious refurbishment. The bathroom particularly was at 2 stars level. The service was very slow as well: ordering a sandwich can take 40 minutes... Plus side the location is fantastic: the revolving restaurant has probably the best view in Cairo.

Everything was great however the hotel was alcohol free which is fine but they replaced that with the ability to smoke in areas where you should be able to enjoy the view atmosphere and for small talk. The views are phenomenal, I was on the 29th floor and I had views to the pyramid and the Nile river. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous and they did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is clean and has everything you need you can spend the whole day in there not even need to get out if you don’t want to. We would definitely stay there again we loved it. The carpet could use an upgrade, it’s a little bit dirty and old in their rooms and the corridor so we had slippers on all the time but that’s the only thing that I noticed that was not perfect, everything else was phenomenal. The pool was phenomenal, the spa is good, the staff is warm and welcoming and the rooms were great and clean and the hotel lobby felt like being an hour living room. We loved this place.
