Everything was great however the hotel was alcohol free which is fine but they replaced that with the ability to smoke in areas where you should be able to enjoy the view atmosphere and for small talk. Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay .

This is a well located hotel with impressive facilities. The lobby smells amazing and the pool is fantastic. The staff was largely polite and helpful. We could see the pyramids from our balcony. The rooms could use a facelift, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming.
