We stayed three nights on the ninth floor, enjoying spectacular views and convenient restaurant access. The location is fantastic but understandably loud and chaotic. Unfortunately, cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom had dusty walls, filthy shower glass, hair, soap scum, and a clogged drain that left us standing in dirty water. The elevator was filthy and frightening. The sheets were the worst I’ve experienced in 40 years of traveling: old, pilled, and scratchy. Worn pillows, a rock-hard mattress, and nonstop street noise made sleeping miserable. The Wi-Fi was atrocious, disconnecting constantly and unavailable 75% of the time. When connected, speeds were painfully slow. We had to visit the café for reliable internet. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were wonderful! Miriam, the marketing director, cook, and others were genuinely welcoming. Breakfast service was excellent. Spectacular views and lovely staff, but cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and internet desperately need improvement.

The breakfast menu was really good. Good celection and nice service. We had a beautiful room on 9th floor, clean room. The hotel is very central located. Can recomend it. So easy to go everywhere.The Cafe Le Poire is close by and very modern. A lot of good things there Sarah the receptionist was very kind and so was the other staff.

Room needs deep cleaning, staffs were very friendly and helpful, but they need more training for streamline service delivery procedures. TV, Internet needs updates for ease of use. Front of the hotel entrance of the building could have better signage and general cleanliness. 9th Floor breakfast service was great and staffs were very friendly. Overall, hotel has great potential.

Great location. Rooms are just remolded, clean and comfortable. Outside streets are very dirty and traffic is disorderly running on the streets. No walking cross to be used.everyone finds his way between the motor vehicles so relaxing. Surprising experience!

Excellent room and stay, we got the Queen Room with Panoramic views and it was amazing, truly as it looks in the photos and an amazing place to be for our last night in Egypt. Hidden Surprise!

This hotel is a great surprise! The location is minutes from the Egyptian Museum but it's hard to find because the name is not outside the building (you enter a doorway to Museum Plaza Hostel and it's on the 4th floor). So clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. A bit noisy because of location (where is quiet in Cairo!) perfect base to explore Downtown Cairo. As I was leaving before breakfast, they offered me a breakfast box. I recommend.

This wasn’t a hotel at all; it was a hostel with no sign or name, located in a nearly ruined apartment building. The staff were fairly nice, but the pillows and bed sheets were very dirty. Even when they cleaned them, the sheets were still full of stains, and the towels were stained too. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be listed as a hotel on Expedia.

A rua do hotel é bastante movimentada e a fachada e hall de entrada não são nada convidativos. Eu tinha lido bastante sobre hoteis em downtown e já estava meio preparado para o que esperar. O prédio é bastante velho e o elevador ficou com problema alguns dias. No entanto, a acomodação em si é muito bacana e com bom custo benefício. Os quartos são recém reformados, com boa vista para o antigo Museu, e o café da manhã é completo. O atendimento da recepção é muito ágil e me ajudou em solicitações que precisei, especialmente o Ibrahim (obrigado!).

Questa struttura vale più di 5 stelle soprattutto per il suo personale! Un team davvero splendido e preparato, sempre pronto ad aiutare in ogni situazione! Ho soggiornato con mio figlio piccolo di 3 anni in una camera al piano alto, comoda e pulita, unica pecca il rumore dalla strada ma questo è normale avendo una posizione perfetta e strategica! Mio fratello e mio padre hanno soggiornato in un piano più basso ma sempre ristrutturato e ben tenuto. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della struttura e del team, lo consiglio vivamente! Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navetta da aeroporto ed è stato tutto perfetto! Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad winzig und es gab nicht die kleinste Ablagefläche, alles musste im Zimmer untergebracht werden. Auch Haken gab es keinen. Das ganze Hotel ist praktisch eine Baustelle, vom Stiegenhaus angefangen, der Eingang, die meisten Gänge. Der Lift ist eine Zumutung, ein großes Loch und abgebröckelte Mauern sieht man während der Fahrt. Das Hotel müsste während der Renovierung geschlossen bleiben! Sehr gut ist die Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück passt auch.

É um hotel situado ao lado do antigo museu egípcio, bem no centro da cidade. É uma edificação antiga mas tem os quartos totalmente reformados. O staff é muito prestativo e auxilia no que for possível. No meu caso, solicitei um early check in por estar muito cansado depois de dois dias de viagem e fui prontamente atendido. O café da manhã tem boas opções e é bem farto. Para mim, foi tudo excelente.
