This hotel has an excellent location. The staff is ready to help you. They are pleasant and accommodating with early breakfast boxes if you have to go early on a tour. Clean and beds are comfortable.

The small hotel is on the first floor. There is no lift but the steps are easy to manage for an aged traveller like myself as there are rails. Our twin room was on the small side but clean and well-maintained and we loved the walk-in shower. Breakfast was good and the staff were a highlight. Garden City is very central and the Uber service inCairo is remarkable in its speedy access and very reasonable pricing.

Really nice newly opened hotel. Amazing staff who really look after you. Great location in Garden City and clean hotel even if it doesn’t appear so from first arrival on the street. Please note the hotel is on the first floor so you need to go up the stairs to find the entrance. Clean and new rooms and nice traditional breakfast. If you are looking for something a bit cheaper and simpler than the big brands and want something well located and well priced with great service, this is the hotel for you.

My husband and my stay at the Grand City and before arrived were welcomed by the friend staff via text. Their goal was to assure that all of our needs, transportation, directions etc. were taken care of. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and always smiling throughout our stay. Good stay, minor confusions as references

Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I was confused at the check-in when they request for my payment which was already finished via hotels.com. I think it is the basic knowledge that customer and hotel both know. If a customer might be confused due to his/her consecutive travels, the hotel must not be confused. When I showed the receipt from hotels.com, the staff said "I believe you." which makes me feel lying while proving my payment. I have travelled for decades, but this was my first experience. Other than that, mostly the stay was good. The window cannot block the road noises and I successfully blocked the sound by using my earplugs. The staffs kindly arranged a breakfast meal box because I needed to check out at 4:20AM. That was simple but nutricious box, and I appreciate it. The hotel is on the first floor and it is hard to find from the outside. These will be useful advice to anyone who stays here.

This place was a great for our days in Cairo. Located near downtown Cairo and the staff at the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and liked that they offered breakfast and had dining area. Staff accommodated us and were able to book our room for another night. Staff was also kind and allowed us to leave our bags in hotel before check in since we arrived early and had plans to visit the museum etc. hotel also offers tours for guests. Would definitely recommend this place.
