My stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace was really excellent. The staff made me feel right at home and accommodated all my needs during the stay. The food was very good. I loved the breakfast and the menu has lots of good options. My room was very clean on arrival and well cared for during my stay. The rooftop patio also has an incredible view of the Giza pyramids which I quite enjoyed in the evenings. Thank you Crowne Pyramids Palace for the lovely stay❤️🇪🇬

Amazing little hotel, 20 minute walk to the Pyramids. View of Pyramids from my room was nothing short of spectacular. Family owned and operated, when you stay there, you join that family. Ibrahim and all the staff catered to my every need,made me feel at home. Highly highly recommend!!

The people here are great, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was very easy to change times and rearrange tours. It is a very welcoming place to stay, it is family ran and makes you feel as a house guest. There are many near by shops and stores that you can walk to also.

We had an amazing time in Egypt! This hotel was amazing-all the staff are friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There were clean linens, a delicious breakfast and of course incredible views of the Pyramids. I will definitely stay here for my next trip and highly recommend!

This hotel is small and family run. It is on the 12th floor by elevator and has an gob smacking view of the pyramids from the veranda. We could see the pyramids from our room as well, which had excellent aircon. There is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the pyramids and Giza. They arranged personalised tours for us at our own convenience and the tour guide was exceptional. Above all everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding and polite. We had a fantastic holiday in Giza/Cairo made more special by our stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace. Very happy.

Fantastic family run hotel on 12 th floor. Views are incredible of the pyramids. Breakfast on terrace . Roof top bar with views of Giza. Welcomed at airport pick up and given Egyptian family meal on arrival. Reception give you anything you need and arrange transport to pyramids & a driver for day or however long you want to see attractions. Cannot recommend this hotel enough they are such a lovely family and everything you need ❤️🌍

Great view of Giza pyramids

We had the opportunity to enjoy the VIP suite (Luxury Room, mountain view). This suite really was special having a bathtub with a great view of the Giza pyramids. Enjoying the bathtub was a contrast to feeling dusty during most our visit to Egypt. Another great view was from the breakfast patio. Our only concern was the strength of the internet (something which seems to be common in Egypt).

This is a hidden gem!!! AMAZING view of the Pyramid of Giza while enjoying breakfast, tea time, sunrise and sunset. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The staff helped arrange transport for my family of 6 without any issues. I felt completely safe and never had any issues whatsoever with check in, hot water in showers, or check out. The hotel is beside a busy road and school but that did not cause any issues with safety while my family of 6 enjoyed our stay.

One of the best vacations I have ever had. From the owner Hamada, front desk staff like Osama, and the best guide of Egypt, Abdul, everyone was super helpful. With making sure my room was right, to going out of the way for an early breakfast, to learning more of Egypt and seeing fabulous sites, this was a trip to top all trips. Add a rooftop view of the Giza pyramids to enjoy breakfast, this was an amazing trip. I did not want to leave.

This hotel is quite literally a hidden gem. The overall location/area may look a bit rough on the outside, but the staff service and attention is beyond amazing. The staff is all very welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful in whatever you may need. They also offer transportation services to and from the airport and to other places for a low fee, that you cannot beat. In addition the offer breakfast, which to me was a very nutritious and overall great meal. 10/10 recommend
