I’m a solo female traveler , I stayed here for 5 days for the tiesto event at the pyramids. Mohammed was so nice when checking me in at 3am. Everyone who worked there was so nice and took care of me. They even let me do a photo shoot on the rooftop. Will definitely be back :) !!

I booked Junior Suites Bedroom type.. i reach hotel over midnight, and they just told me something happened with the bathroom so they cant give that room. And ended u they gave me the smalles one (number 207) for 2night, and the 3rd night they moved me to better one (number 104) with Pyramids view but still not the junior suites one, after i complained again and again finally they gave me the junior suites one just in last night.. they act like thats is small issues but thats is big issues for me.. with no compensation.. i paid too much for slept in less. After i complained to Hotel.com finally Hotel.com the one who gave me some credits..anyway the view from rooftop still amazing.. just be carefull if u wanna stays there.: makesure u got what u paid

The hotel is in the ideal location to see the Pyramids. It gives a very good view of the Pyramids and the light show. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.. i highly recommend this hotel.

となりに、ポリスステーションがあり、いろいろな意味で安心だった。 満足した点 @朝食は、お腹いっぱいになりました。ピラミッド側の部屋があり、非常に満足です。 不満な点@お国柄もあると思いますが、４日間の滞在で、2階の停電、お願いしたことを無視されたこと3回、Wi-Fiが壊れてます。風呂場が汚い。はじめリザーブしたジェットバス付きの部屋が、ランクダウンされていた。おおよそ一泊10000円支払いしていますので、もう少しクオリティーが欲しかったです。
